DiagramWizard extends ArcView GIS with new features to create diagrams.
Other than in ArcView GIS, the charts do not get saved internally in the apr file but rather
as new shapefiles and themes. This makes for easier editing and manipulation.
Also, charts with legends can now be part of a Layout.
